1. Set the mood

2. Clean the ear
Choose one ear to apply the seeds to. Clean the ear with an alcohol wipe to remove any dirt or oil. If it’s your first time, it’s helpful to have a friend assist you.

3. Find the right points
Using tweezers or a probe, gently press on areas near the suggested points for your chosen wellness goal. If you find a sport that feels extra sensitive, that’s where you should place the seed.

4. Apply the ear seeds
Carefully peel a seed with adhesive tape off the backing using tweezers. Place the seed on the sensitive point you identified, and press down gently to ensure it sticks.
(For crystal seeds, only apply to flat areas like the lobe, tragus, or scaphoid fossa, as they don’t stick)

5. Press and stimulate daily
For the best results, gently press the seeds a few times each day to stimulate the points.

6. Leave in place for 2-5 days
You can keep the seeds on for 2-5 days. Sensitive spots indicate that the seed is working; if a point feels especially good, consider leaving it on a bit loiner. However, if it becomes too painful, remove it, as this can signal your body is not ready for further stimulation there.

7. Remove and rest
After 2-5 days, tilt your ear downwards and gently peel off the seed. Wait two days before applying new seeds to allow the ear to reset.

(Note: Some temporary marks on the skin are normal due to metal oxidation.)

Recommendations:
To ensure the best comfort and adhesion, we suggest placing the larger crystal seeds on flat areas of the ear, while the gold seeds are perfect for curved, hidden, and uneven sections.
