How do I return my order?

Not completely satisfied with your ordered products? Too bad, but that can happen. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may cancel the purchase (reflection period) and return the products. 
Below products are excluded from this right of withdrawal, Franky Amsterdam will inform you in advance thereof.
- Make-up, face jewels and tattoos if the package has been opened
- Earrings that have been worn or tried on

You must handle the product and packaging carefully during the reflection period and only unpack or use the products to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. Due to hygienic reasons, you may not try on earrings. If you have done so, the right to a reflection period lapses. These products cannot be returned.

If you use the right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging to Franky Amsterdam. Click on this link to submit your return. Follow the steps and send the items back to us. The cost and risk of returning the product is for your own account.

Refund

Franky Amsterdam will refund all payments received from you regarding the returned Product(s) within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product(s) by Franky Amsterdam. If the Right of Withdrawal has not been exercised within 14 days of receipt of the Product, Franky Amsterdam is entitled to refuse a refund. You are responsible for providing proof of a timely invoked Right of Withdrawal of the Order.

You are liable for any diminution in the value of the Product resulting from the handling of the Product beyond that permitted in Article 3.4 of the General Terms and Conditions. In case of depreciation of the Product, Franky Amsterdam will only refund the remaining value of the Product.
