Role Overview:
As an E-commerce specialist, you’ll take ownership of optimizing our website presence and driving e-commerce improvements. You will prepare and execute campaigns, coordinate product launches, and manage key operational processes to ensure seamless e-commerce performance. Additionally, you’ll mentor an intern, focus on improving website visibility through SEO and SEA strategies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Optimization: Improve the website's functionality and implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility and user experience.
• Online Advertising: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns in collaboration with our online marketing agency to drive traffic and conversions through targeted strategies.
• Campaign Coordination: Prepare and execute product launches and promotions, including creating briefings and one-pagers
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align on e-commerce improvements and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in an e-commerce role.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and digital marketing. 
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative.

Franky Amsterdam is seeking an independent and highly creative individual who can leverage their graphic design skills in line with our brand. As a creative contributor, you will play a big role in creating visual communication for our online and offline channels. Your ideas and dedication will be encouraged and facilitated.

Where?
You'll be working at our beautiful office in the heart of Amsterdam.

What are your responsibilities?

• Graphic design: mood boards, presentations, newsletters, advertising, product design, image editing, etc.
• Work on campaigns and events: develop concepts and style displays for storefronts and pop-up stores
• DTP tasks: such as magazines, lookbooks, etc.
• Support during campaigns and content creation 

Who are you?

• You have a creative mind and a strong sense of visuals
• You possess strong conceptual and graphic skills
• You have a passion for jewelry and fashion
• You have experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
• You live in or near Amsterdam
• You speak/write fluent Dutch and/or English
• You are a 3rd or 4th-year student pursuing a degree in advertising/graphic design/interactive design

As a content marketer, you'll be involved in creating the daily content for the social media channels of Franky Amsterdam. Additionally, you enjoy crafting engaging newsletters and writing fluent texts for the website. You have a passion for social media (from TikTok to Pinterest and Instagram) and stay up-to-date with the latest social trends.

Where?
You'll be working at our beautiful office in the heart of Amsterdam.

What are your responsibilities?

• Creating compelling content for our social channels
• Writing commercial newsletters and inspiring texts for the website
• Analyzing our organic content on Instagram and continuously optimizing the strategy based on the analysis
• Staying informed about the latest Instagram and social trends and presenting new initiatives to the team
• Collaborating on content development and creating social formats for our campaigns
• In addition to Instagram, you'll also contribute to TikTok and more. In short, you'll be our social & content hero!

Who are you?

• You have a passion for jewelry and fashion
• You have a broad knowledge of social media content: you know what content works on which platform and enjoy experimenting
• You have a fluent pen and enjoy writing compelling texts
• You are creative but also structured
• You have experience with Adobe programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• You live in or near Amsterdam
• You speak/write fluent Dutch and/or English

Franky Amsterdam is seeking an energetic and motivated intern to join our team as an E-commerce Intern. In this role, you will work together with our E-commerce manager to enhance the visibility of our online products, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and outstanding experience.

You'll be working at our beautiful office in the heart of Amsterdam.

What are your responsibilities?

• Assisting with product launches and creating new products
• Optimizing the customer journey to elevate the online shopping experience
• Driving growth by implementing strategies to expand specific product categories and new collections
• Analyzing data to gain valuable insights
• Enriching and creating webshop content, such as cross-selling, landing pages, banners, and more.
• Actively brainstorming improvements for the webshop and closely collaborating with our creative team

Who are you?

• You are a 2nd, 3rd or 4th-year student pursuing a degree in Fashion, Economics, Marketing, or Communication
• You have an affinity for fashion and innovation
• You speak/write fluent Dutch or English
• You have experience with Excel/Google sheets
• You reside in (the immediate vicinity of) Amsterdam
• You are well organized, communicative and have an attention to detail
• Knowledge of Shopify and Adobe Indesign/Photoshop is a plus
