Returns and refunds
How can I return my order?
Register your return via our return page and follow the steps below:
- Go to our return and exchanges page and register your return
- Fill in your order number and email address
- Select the product you want to return and select the reason of your return
- Choose the desired refund method. You can choose to refund the money to your bank account or to get a store credit. Did you know that when you choose store credit, you receive a 10% extra on your gift card code? This credit can be used for future purchases in our store. The gift card is easy to use and can be applied at the checkout. Additionally, the gift card has no expiration date.
- You can send your return to us.
- We will process your return within 14 working days.
What is your return policy?
Not completely satisfied with your ordered products? Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return the products. You can only return the items unworn, because of hygiene reasons. Same applies for make-up, face jewels and tattoos. If the package has been opened, we unfortunately can’t accept the return.
Can I combine returns from multiple orders?
Yes, you can! You may register one of the returns in the return portal, write the other order number(s) down and put it in the package of your return, so the return department knows that you have returned products of two different orders.
Which refund methods are available?
We have different options regarding refunds:
- Store credit - when you choose to get store credit, you will receive 10% extra on your store credit code. This code will be sent to your email and the credit can be used for future purchases in our store. The gift card is easy to use and can be applied at checkout. Additionally, the gift card has no expiration date.
- Refund - the refund will be transferred to the bank account from which the payment was made.
- Klarna - the Klarna invoice will be adjusted by us.
Within how many days do I have to send my return?
You have to send your return back to us within 14 days.
When can I expect my refund?
When we have processed your return, we will refund the money within 14 working days.
Can I exchange my product for another product or size?
You can choose for the option "gift card" so you can order a new item or another size.
Delivery
I've just placed an order, is it still possible to modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to modify or cancel your order. In order to complete your order as quickly as possible, we sent your order immediately to our warehouse. Once your order has been paid, it is not possible to cancel your order or change your shipping address.
What is the current status of my order?
When the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once our warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number in it.

How will my order be shipped?
We sent out your order in a mailbox package. If you have ordered four items or more, it will be sent in a larger package.
What is the warranty period for my online purchase?
We offer a six-month warranty period. If an item is damaged or broken during this period, please contact our customer service (info@frankyamsterdam.com) immediately. Include your order number and a photo of the item. Our Customer Care team will process your request as soon as possible and will find the best solution for you.
How long does the shipping take?
- Orders with destinations in The Netherlands and Belgium are shipped the same working day if ordered before 22:00.
- Orders with destinations in Germany will be shipped the same working day if ordered before 13:00.
- Orders shipping to all other EU countries will be shipped the same working day if ordered before 16:00.

Can I wear your jewelry if I am allergic to nickel?
Yes, you can. All of our jewelry is Nickel free.
Does your jewelry discolor?
You should handle the jewelry with care. We would like to give you some tips to take the best care of you jewelry:
- Take you jewelry of when sleeping, showering or during sports
- Don’t spray your perfume directly on the jewelry, first apply your perfume and then put on the jewelry.
- Store your items in a dry and dark environment such as a jewelry box, so that they retain the best quality.

What should I do if the discount code doesn't work?
This could be due to several reasons:
- Discount codes are not valid on SALE items, The Together We Rise collection, Value sets and gift cards.
- Pay attention to the expiration date of the discount code.

How does a Franky gift card work?
The gift card is valid indefinitely. You can fill in your gift card code at the checkout. When you don’t use the full amount at once, you can use the same code next time with the remaining amount.
